About the role
Every customer brings different tools, data, operational, and workflows.
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who can translate those environments into reliable Autonoma agent workflows and help customers understand what is possible.
What you’ll do
Design technical solutions around customer workflows.
Build demos and proof-of-concept agents.
Map integrations, permissions, and data requirements.
Partner with sales throughout technical evaluations.
Support customers through initial deployment.
What you’ll bring
Strong technical and customer-facing experience.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS systems.
Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfort working across technical and business teams.
Nice to have
Experience with AI or automation platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise integrations.
Previous solutions engineering experience.
