About the role
Autonoma brings agent building, workflows, knowledge, monitoring, and human control together in one platform.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to define how these capabilities evolve and help teams move agents from experiments into reliable production workflows.
What you’ll do
Own roadmap areas across the agent platform.
Define problems, requirements, and product priorities.
Work closely with design and engineering.
Turn customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
Measure adoption, reliability, and product outcomes.
What you’ll bring
Experience managing technical B2B products.
Strong product judgment and prioritization skills.
Experience working closely with engineering.
Ability to understand complex systems and workflows.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
Experience with AI-native products.
Familiarity with APIs, automation, or developer tools.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
