About the role
Autonoma is building a platform where AI agents can take real action across the tools businesses already use.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to own meaningful product problems from idea to production. You’ll work closely with product and design to turn complex agent workflows, permissions, integrations, and system activity into experiences that feel simple and dependable.
What you’ll do
Own product features from exploration through production.
Build experiences for creating, running, and monitoring AI agents.
Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.
Partner closely with product and design on key decisions.
Improve reliability, performance, and product quality as we scale.
What you’ll bring
5+ years building and shipping modern software products.
Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and web application architecture.
Experience owning complex product features end to end.
Strong product judgment and attention to detail.
Experience building reliable APIs and backend systems.
Clear communication across engineering, product, and design.
Nice to have
Experience with AI-native or agentic products.
Familiarity with workflow builders or developer tools.
Experience with integrations, real-time systems, or B2B SaaS.
